Can I use the free version at the office?
Yes, Screenpresso Free can be used at work without any limitation. You should purchase a license only if you need the additional features or if you want to remove branding on some features.

How many licenses do I need?
One license is for one person and can be used 5 times (e.g. on 5 computers, either at work or at home).
Once applied, a license cannot be uncommitted or transferred. If you order several licenses (for several users), the same activation key will contain several licenses.
How to transfer a license?
When you need to reinstall Screenpresso, you may reuse your activation key.
When hardware changes more than 5 times, the activation key is locked and you should purchase another license.

Can I order using a purchase order?
Yes, all kind of payments including credit card, PayPal and purchase order are supported. Just select the option during the payment process.

Screenpresso.exe requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 installed on your computer.
How long does it take to get the license?
Once purchase is validated, the license key is emailed to unlock the FREE version to the PRO version for immediate use (maximum 12H after purchase - PayPal can take time to confirm the payment).
What is the update policy?
When you buy a Screenpresso PRO or ENTERPRISE license, you purchase a perpetual license for a one-time fee which includes one year of upgrades and maintenance (updates x.y). You can choose 2 or 3 years of maintenance if preferred. After that, you can pay an optional maintenance fee to retain support and upgrades.
At the end of the maintenance, you keep the version you have. For instance, if your maintenance ends tomorrow you will keep your actual version, but when a new version is available you will get a warning telling you that a maintenance renewal is needed to upgrade. At that time, you will be able to choose to ignore the upgrade and remain on your current version forever.
